Research in evidence-based program development

This report is the result of studying three years of exchanges within the EU-funded DEAR project E-motive. E-motive is a network of organizations across the globe that aims to share innovative solutions to global and local issues. It's main method for change is in supporting the exchange of knowledge through worldwide live exchanges of (professional) peers. This synthesis study gives an overview of the evaluations that were conducted, it includes a cross-case analysis and process analysis of three years of research of all the studies published within this project. The main purpose of this report is to share the lessons learnt of three years of research in evidence-based program development.
