Broken Arrows

Marian despises her life in Nottingham Castle. She feels confined—trapped—especially with her upcoming forced marriage to the sheriff’s cousin. She longs to escape, but has nowhere to run. She also has a talent for getting into trouble. When she goes out riding and is captured by outlaws of the notorious Robin Hood, she is stunned to learn that Robin Hood is, in fact, a woman of the same age. She hopes for some help from this outlaw, but Robin only wants to use Marian as a tool to steal the sheriff’s seal. As she spends time with the outlaws, Marian finally feels freedom she’d never felt before. And she also feels…something for the outlaw Robin Hood. Then an opportunity arises. Rather than Robin using Marian, Marian could work with Robin, team up, and take down the sheriff together. But…is it wise to trust an outlaw, especially when her heart’s involved?
